Direct Depot is committed to processing and shipping orders efficiently and reliably.

 

All orders placed on our website are shipped using Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the delivery address, package size, weight, and carrier availability. The shipping carrier is selected at the sole discretion of Direct Depot to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Orders are typically processed and shipped on the next business day after full payment has been received and confirmed. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

 

Once an order has been shipped, Direct Depot is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including but not limited to weather conditions, service disruptions, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery if required by the carrier.

 

Direct Depot is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Any claims related to shipping delays, loss, or damage must be addressed directly with the carrier.

By placing an order with Direct Depot, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping Policy in full.
